We promote projects that build resilience and capacity in the population to do their part in fighting infodemics, thus we fund, study and deploy online and offline programs that enhance digital literacy, health literacy, computer literacy and media literacy.

Knowledge Translation is the science of translating knowledge from one level (e.g. science level) to another level of knowledge users (e.g. policy makers or the public). Journalists and health communication scientists play a prime role in this pillar.  

We coordinate and synchronize global efforts to track and visualize cyberthreats including outbreaks of infodemics, disinformation campaigns etc. We used advanced artificial intelligence, natural language systems to analyze big data from open sources on the Internet. We integrate these data from our NGO-partners. We are building a global dashboard and infoveillance system to track  infodemics and cyberthreats.

Also called "interventional infodemiology", the Foundation has the mission to keep the cyberenvironment safe from cyberattacks and conspiracy theories, and free from conflicts. We hold tech companies and governments accountable for mass media and social media campaigns. We coordinate, study, fund, and deploy science-based cyberinterventions e.g. those based on the FACTS framework that can contribute to peace in the cyberenvironment. For example, we promote novel knowledge refinement methods in open science with novel methods of effective and prompt peer-review and rapid "certification" by experts through automated review communities. We develop machine-learning interventions to effectively fight infodemics (outbreaks of misinformation) with targeted fact-check interventions. and metadata interventions.
